General Notarization Fees:

$10.00 per each signature notarized.  
  
Fees for Loan Document Signings*:   

$150.00 - First set of loan documents
(fee is lowered to $125.00 after the first 5 signings of the month)
$100.00 - Second set of loan documents at same signing
(fee is lowered to $75.00 after the first 5 signings of the month)
$  50.00 - To receive email loan documents
$  25.00 - Copies for borrowers, if needed


* Services include notarization, identifying documents and obtaining
all signatures required, acquiring additional information from
borrower as required by lender/escrow.  This also includes copies
of any documentation the lender/escrow requests from borrower.  

* Our notary fees are payable in full, even if loan does not fund.
